By accessing and using Spomotion ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spomotion GmbH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By posting content, you grant Spomotion a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Spomotion GmbH, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
